<p>I know you all think why I no longer put a link to my weekly shows on Manoto TV. I used to do that every Wednesday, didn&#8217;t I?&#8230;.. This is because those links (the current ones on my blog) don&#8217;t work properly and I have had numerous complaints about them, it seems like they get expired after a certain period of time. So I&#8217;m trying to get hold of my clips and upload them to my website.<br />

If your answer is &#8220;yes&#8221; to these questions, then you would need to watch this 2 hrs and 5 minutes documentary produced by Channel 5 in order to understand fully what you are putting yourself into before its too late.<br />
My contribution towards this programme (facts 49 and 39) was back injury related, however, other experts discuss more aspects of wrong side of diet and exercises in this documentary. I hope you enjoy watching it:</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As we get older the ageing process begins to make its presence felt in the form of sagging skin, fine lines and wrinkles. Great older skin can be hereditary but it can also be a result of avoiding harmful sun effects, eating well and using good skin care products. We are all aware of the harm smoking can do to the skin and the benefits of exercise, eating fresh fruits and vegetables and getting a good nights sleep, but there are some other lifestyle changes which can be made to help reduce wrinkles. So before you book an appointment to meet with dermatologist professionals for some wrinkle busting treatments, take a look at some lesser-known methods of wrinkle prevention.</p>
<p>1.	Sleep On Your Back &#8211; We sleep for hours at a time, often in the same position. If a side position is used, wrinkles can be etched on the cheeks and chin, whilst sleeping face down can create a furrowed brow. Using a pure silk pillowcase can help prevent the face being squashed and creating wrinkles, but the simplest remedy is to simply sleep on your back.</p>
<p>2.	Eat Fish &#8211; Salmon and other cold-water fish are a great source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, essential for nourishing skin and keeping it both youthful and plump. Eating oily fish just twice a week can really help the skin and non-fish lovers have the option of taking omega-3 oil capsules which will also deliver skin benefits.</p>
<p>3.	Specs Appeal &#8211; Don’t squint; keep the eyes wide and get reading glasses if they are needed. Squinting and frowning overworks facial muscles and eventually a groove will form creating a wrinkle. Wearing sunglasses can also be helpful in protecting the eyes from damage from the sun and prevent that wrinkle-making squinting.</p>
<p>4.	Use AHAs &#8211; Alpha-hydroxy Acids remove the uppermost layer of dead skin cells to reveal fresher skin and also help reduce pore size, fine lines and wrinkles, particularly around the eyes. AHAs do increase sun sensitivity so use plenty of sunscreen to prevent sun damage.</p>
<p>5.	Use Cleanser &#8211; Unless your soap contains moisturisers, using a cleansing cream is far better for the skin than washing with soap and water. Tap water can strip the skin of oils and moisture, which are there to protect the skin and removing this natural protection can cause wrinkles to form.</p>
<p>6.	Use Vitamin C &#8211; Creams containing vitamin C can increase the production of collagen, protect against sun damage and reduce redness. Dark spots and uneven skin tone can also be reduced. L-ascorbic acid is the best type for wrinkle relief.</p>
<p>7.	Soy for Skin &#8211; Soy may not only improve skin appearance, it can even protect it. Used as a skin application or taken as a supplement, soy has been shown to heal sun damage, even out skin tone and improve skin firmness.</p>
